Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your Unpredictable Streetwear purchase. If your item doesn't fit or isn't quite right, you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

How to exchange

Email us at orders@unpredictablestreetwear.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange. We'll confirm availability and send you a return address.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
• Exchanges are accepted for size or colour only, not for change of mind.
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our expense.

Timeframes

Exchanges must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we'll ship the replacement within 3–5 business days.
